Why stage a home as part of estate clearing

Not all Estate Clearing projects ask us to stage the home once we have cleared it out completely.

However, as accredited and experienced Interior Designers and Stagers, we have the acumen, personal touch, and great eyes for good style to stylize the house that is to be sold. In a buyers market, most sellers are using staging service providers to better represent the house as a buyer’s next home.

So to better compete and affect a sale sooner at an effective sell price, you as Executors or POA should use some service provider to “Stage” the house. As Downsizers, if we are clearing the home we have a unique advantage over other “Staging” providers, as we may be able to use some of the existing furniture to “stage” the home and save you money by avoiding renting or purchasing additional staging furniture.

Consider “Staging” as a tool to better affect the sale of the house. It is essentially decorating the home with minimal furnishings and decor to give a potential buyer a better impression of this house, as opposed to other properties they would also be looking at.

Part of the “staging” may required some repainting of some of the rooms, ass well as other small renovation recommendations.

Downsizers has the Interior Design and small reno home-makeover skills and talent and experience to get this work completed expeditiously and price effectively.
