By definition, “downsizing” is minimizing the items within a space. This may be done when transitioning to another space, allocating valuable heirlooms, or just reducing the accumulations of life. At The Downsizers, we work with seniors, those under care, or other specified clients.
Estate Home Clearing
If you are an Executor, your responsibility is to liquidate the estate assets. The sale of the estate home cannot proceed until all contents have been cleared. This is where we come in. Through the process of sorting from a practical and logical viewpoint, we help determine what can be: sold, recycled, or cleared out.
Staging & Interior Design
Staging is an essential element in the increasingly competitive real estate market. When there are a lot of homes on the market sometimes this may be the thing that will set homes apart. Our owner, Donna Lillejord, is an accredited professional interior designer. Our team uses this expertise to stage your space.
